Cape To Cuba - Cape Town

Cape To Cuba Restaurant

Set in the small town Kalk Bay, a skip to the waters edge, 6 Seaview Terrace.

Choose from fusion, Middle Eastern and Seafood dishes.

Cape To Cuba is just fabulous. Classic elegance and delicious scent wafts through the restaurant. The minutiae giving your eyes and scents a delightful experience. Long stick candle holders create light around the funky red and clear chandeliers hung about. Cape to Cuba has relaxed ambiance and superb food... my two favorites.

At Cape to Cuba I started with a great glass of the house white. Easy drinking, fruity and crisp. Often house wines can be a bit young and nasty but mm this one was yum!
Chili poppers to start. I thought the coated batter and cheese filling was a bit oily but guesses that’s poppers.
Mains: I shared an enchilada with side salad... Was delic.

For me, ambiance is a major attraction of a restaurant and Cape to Cuba was over flowing with it.

Cape to Cuba is a stone through away from the main street in Kalk Bay. To end a perfect fancy party/ tea/ drinks, take a walk on the main road. Old antique shops exposing all those timeless classics. Gorgeous boutiques, with young South African designers filling the rails. Love to support SA. Have an ice-cream, over look the harbor and keep day dreaming about actually sailing from the Cape to Cuba.
