Vegetarian Lasagne

Vegetarian Lasagne

You know us girls of the 20th Centuary are looking for quick food, that you dont need a million ingrediants to whip up and impress. Ok This one has a few.. but dont be scared.
Use what ever ingrediants you have in the fridge... this is so easy, once you try it see the pattern... and add whatever!

Add you favorite veg.. Its so easy, just substitute everything!!

Here are a couple of examples, as substitutes for the Vegetarian Lasgne:

Vegetarian Lasagne:Half Tomato sauce, noodles, cheese, mushrooms, noodles, tomato sauce & cheese.
Vegetarian Lasagne:Half Cream sauce, noodles, cheese, Tined tuna, noodles, tomato sauce and cheese.
Vegetarian Lasagne:Half Tomato sauce (onions, garlic & stock only), Flat green lasagne, white cheese, (steamed chunkey broccoli, marrow, couliflower), Flat green lasagne , simple tomato sauce & white cheese.


Ok here it goes :)

Vegetarian Lasgne

500 grams raw chopped spinnach
1 cube vegetarian stock
75ml oil
15 ml tomato paste
2 Onlions chopped
1 Tin Tomato puree (410 grams)
1 large carrot peeled and grated
25ml chopped parsily
1 Leek cut into slices
salt, Pepper & sugar to taste
2 sticks celery chopped
500 ml grated cheddar Cheese
2 clove Garlic crushed
250 grams ribbon Noodles

Vegetarian Lasagne-
Saute spinnich in oil. season with salt & pepper. Lift out. Keep aside.
Fry onions, carot, Leek, celery garlic. ( See, all these dont need to be used, improvise)
Add crumbed stock cube, tomato & parsley and cook till thickens
Season Tomato for vegetarian lasagne with salt, pepper & sugar. Cook noodles in water & drain

Layer the Vegetarian Lasagne, like you doing decopache... with TLC.
As follows:
Half Tomato sauce, noodles, cheese, spinnich, noodles, tomato sauce and cheese.
Top with potato chips (optional) and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
