you looking for something scrumptious and so so easy!! Im not joking this is soooooooo easy!!!

250 grams coconut
150 grams sugar
2eggs
410grams tin apple pie

Easy Macaroon Pudding: Thats it!!

Mix coconut and sugar.Then mix in egg.

Place apple pie pieces at the bottom of a baking dish and cover with egg/uar/coconut mixture.

Bake on 180 degrees celcius for 20-30min

sprinkle with coconut.

Just Delicious!
