Grilled Fish

Grilling fish is easy to do and a healthy alternative filled with all those addes nutritional additives that the doctor keeps talking about:

* Brush fish very lightly with oil.
* Place the fish around the edges of the grill, away from the hottest.
* Only cook for a few minutes,check regularly
* Once the fish starts to release some of its juices.Turn it over when it's got light grill marks.

If the fish is thin, only cook it on the one side.
