Hot Chicken Livers

3 x 250 grams chicken livers
6Tbsp Oil
4 Tbsp Soya sauce
2 Tbsp Sugar
Tabasco
Perri Perri Sauce - Dash

marinate livers in the rest of the ingrediants for 4-6 hours. Fry in same mixture till ready

What a treat!!!! Yum
