Steamed Fish

Steaming is a kind of cooking Asian cuisines.
this is a great way to wow your friends and family. Healthy and just delicious, steamed fish

* Rub the fish with spices, chopped herbs, ginger, garlic and chille peppers to infuse flavor while it cooks.
* Use a bamboo steamer or a home made one I always thinks works well if you don't have one. I.e. place strainer over a pot of boiling water and cover with a lid.
* Pour about 4cm of boiling water in the pot.
* Begin checking the fish check after 10 minutes, should be done.
